Terms
The short version: we price fairly, ship fast, and take returns for 30 days.
Prices
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT at 15%. Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay. We honour the price at the moment of payment.
Orders
An order is confirmed when payment clears. Unpaid orders are held for 48 hours, then released. If a piece sells out between payment and packing, we refund it in full or offer an exchange.
Discount codes and credit
One code per order. Codes don't apply to gift cards. Store credit has no cash value and never expires.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. See the returns page for details.
