Privacy
We collect what we need to get your order to you, and nothing more. Protected under POPIA.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, delivery addresses and order history. If you create an account, a salted password hash (never the password itself). If you opt in, your email on the mailer list.
What we don't
Card details. Card payments run on our payment provider's own secure page; we never see or store card numbers.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To send drop notes and WhatsApp updates you've asked for.
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the store: our payment provider and bank, WhatsApp for order messages, Cloudflare for hosting, our courier for delivery. Never sold, never rented.
Your rights
Download everything we hold about you, or delete your account, under Account → Security Settings. Orders are kept for tax records but detached from your profile.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep your bag and sign-in working. Analytics only run if you accept them in the cookie banner.
